Abstract

Coworking spaces represent modern workplaces that bring together individuals from diverse fields and knowledge bases, offering a progressive and collaborative work environment. This paper explores the various properties of coworking spaces that enhance the quality of work life and examines how these factors contribute to the well-being of their occupants. Data collected from 260 coworking space users were analyzed using PLS-SEM, and the outcomes confirming that the proposed indicators contribute to creating a better work environment for occupants. Furthermore, Quality of Work Life was enabling a pathway between these factors and the well-being of users; while social capital is evidencing a more significant direct effect than indirect.
