Abstract
There has been a surge of global interest in the establishment of Sustainable and Green Financial Rules worldwide. This study aims to outline the global and Indian advances in green financing. The paper examined a systematic review of Green finance in India. Policymakers and researchers have recently concentrated on green finance as interest in environmental preservation, climate change, and sustainable development grows on a worldwide scale. With an eye on the components and determinants of green finance, previous studies on the topic have been evaluated in this study as they relate to the green finance and banking industry. Furthermore, in contrast to employee and customer-related GB practices, banks’; daily operations and policy-related GB practises were observed to have significant impacts on banks’; environmental performances. As a result, major policy implications and future research directions in the relevant area are discussed
